This gorgeous British actor, model/musician rose to fame after playing the vampire Edward Cullen in the adaptation of the Twilight novels by Stephanie Meyer. As the Twilight movies broke all records all over the world, Pattinson became a mega star over night. In 2009, Robert Pattinson was ranked as one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood today. TIME magazine also included the talented Pattinson in its list of the 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2010.
Robert Pattinson was born in London and rose from humble beginnings. Even at an early age Pattinson was interested in acting and performed in many amateur theatre productions in his town of Barnes, London. After the worldwide commercial success of the first three books of the Twilight series namely Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse, the fourth book was adapted into a movie and released worldwide in November 2011. Breaking Dawn lived up to its hype and took in a massive $139.5 million in its opening weekend alone.
